1. Order Processing

Orders placed at any time will be automatically received and entered into our fulfillment system. Your order status will update to “Accepted” within approximately 2 hours after it is placed.

From acceptance, fulfillment usually takes 2–5 business days before shipping.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard shipping only: most orders arrive in 3–7 business days from the ship date.
  • Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout unless free shipping applies (see section 4).
  • We do not offer expedited shipping.

3. International Shipping

  • We ship to most countries worldwide.
  • Shipping fees, delivery times and carriers vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.
  • Customs fees, import duties, taxes or other charges may apply and are your responsibility.
  • Delivery estimates are approximate; delays may occur due to customs clearance, local carrier issues or holidays.

4. Free Shipping & Thresholds

Free standard shipping for U.S. orders over $200. For orders under this amount, shipping fees apply and will be calculated at checkout.

5. Multiple Shipments / Certain Sets / Split Orders

Some orders may arrive in multiple packages and at different times because our products are stored and shipped from specialized facilities. This process ensures that each item receives the proper handling and is dispatched as soon as it’s ready, so you get your products faster overall.

For example, skincare items are often processed and shipped before supplements, which means you may receive your skincare package first and your supplements after. Each shipment includes its own tracking number and delivery updates.

6. Shipping Methods & Options

Only standard shipping is offered. During checkout you will be shown available standard shipping rates and estimated delivery time for your address.
