Clenature Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. However, all subscribed customers receive complimentary standard shipping on their recurring orders.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery is typically within 5-7 business days after fulfillment.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee in the US, with faster delivery times displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to issues with carriers or customs.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. The shipping label will have our store's name on it.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or abandoned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at Info@clenaturecare.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to understand and comply with any product restrictions in their country. Orders refused due to these restrictions may not be eligible for a refund.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Clenature is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
