Because our products are supplements and personal care goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of health and safety.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping Protection
We want to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. For a fee of $1.95 USD, you can opt to add shipping protection to your order at checkout. This protection covers your purchase against loss, theft, or damage while in transit.
If you have purchased shipping protection and your order does not arrive as described, you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact us immediately at Info@clenaturecare.com with your order number and any relevant information so we can resolve the issue.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item. If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
